Shop for everyone on your list with a single checkout. You can ship items from one order to as many addresses as you want within Canada and United States . Each extra shipping address is regarded as a separate order for shipping and handling.
At Miego, we stand behind our service, our products and our customers. That is why we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee behind every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with our product, we'll exchange it or refund the credit card used for purchase within 14 days after the purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund gift wrap charges and monogrammed products and cannot accept it as a return.
For Returns or Product Exchanges, follow these simple steps:
- Repack the product in its original packaging, if possible, with the packing slip.
- Contact our customer service department at customerservice@miego.com. Our customer service representative will contact you within 12 hours and provide you with a Return/Exchange Authorization Number.
- Return the product with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, Canada Post) and retain your receipt. Miego is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
- If you are returning a product because it is damaged, defective or not the correct product, Miego will provide a prepaid FedEx return label.
